Gourmet Pastry Shop

Sweet or savory, it doesn’t matter: “mynameisbigio” is our promise

This is where family recipes, successful experiments, and innovative creations come together, all with a golden crust and a creamy center.

In San Pellegrino, we’re known for our biscuits: first and foremost the Bigio, but also the Granella and the Rigatino. In our pastry bar, we serve mignon, cakes, artisanal ice creams, savory bites, and cream puffs with the same spirit used to build a puppet—always imagining the smile it can bring.

We select ingredients that are genuinely good. We handle them with care. And we serve them with the pleasure of saying: “We’ve put our heart into this. And our name.”

What our guests say about us

Christian Estévez
Hotel Bigio, nestled in the heart of San Pellegrino Terme, Italy, is a charming and historic hotel that blends old-world character with modern convenience. It’s especially popular among travelers visiting the nearby QC Terme spa, which is just a short walk away.

Great place to stop for pastry coffee or anything really. Located opposite the river, you can sit back and watch the world go by. You also get some free nibbles…really tasty.
